CANCELLATIONS:

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Usually it takes 2-3 business days or less. If you decide you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. In 24 hours your order should be already printed so unfortunately after that we are unable to cancel it or provide a refund. However, if your image has not yet been printed, we may be able to complete your request but this cannot always be guaranteed.

Please double check your submissions prior to completing your order. We print what you submit. Make sure that everything is correct, including spelling.

Artesano does reserve the right to cancel orders at their discretion due to some unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will immediately be notified and provided with a full refund.
