Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you depend on where you live.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item so if you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with the item you got you can make an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
